HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE? (1 + 2)
Total delivery time is made up of two periods:
1) Processing time (1–2 business days):
Order confirmation, customization, quality check, packaging
Within 12–24 hours of placing your order, it is reviewed and approved. Once your order has been released in our system, production is initiated. For personalized products, it takes about 1–2 days to produce the item, ensure its quality, and package it.
2) Delivery time (approx. 5–8 business days):
The time it takes from our international shipping center to your delivery address. Once the item has been picked from our warehouse, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–8 business days*
- Canada: 5–8 business days*
- United Kingdom: 5–8 business days*
- Australia: 5–8 business days*
- New Zealand: 5–8 business days*
- Europe: 5–8 business days*
*All shipping times exclude customs and clearance delays. During peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or Valentine's Day, delays may occur.

Returns
In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for shipping and bears the full cost.
